1) Overview

This website is operated by Veloria Finds Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase from us.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you.

2) Eligibility & acceptable use

  • You may not use our site or products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

  • You must not introduce viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

3) Products, information & accuracy

We try to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

  • Colours may look different depending on your screen.

  • Some information may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

We may correct errors and update information at any time (including after an order is placed), and we may cancel orders where pricing/stock information is incorrect.

4) Prices, promotions & taxes

  • Prices can change without notice.

  • Promotions/discount codes may have conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Prices include/exclude VAT as shown at checkout (depending on your store setup).

5) Orders, payment & fraud prevention

By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is current, complete, and accurate. We may:

  • Limit or cancel quantities per person/household/order.

  • Cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or fraud rings.

  • Request additional verification for card or identity checks.

If we cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

6) Shipping, delivery & risk

Shipping timelines and costs are shown at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provide (or as otherwise required by applicable law). If a parcel is marked delivered but you believe it is missing, contact us promptly and we will assist with the carrier investigation.

7) Returns, refunds & cancellations (consumer rights)

Our returns and refunds process is described in our Refund Policy.

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you generally have a legal right to cancel within a “cooling-off” period (commonly 30 days from delivery for many goods, subject to exceptions). We will honour all applicable statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law (including that goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality).

8) Health, safety & product use (important)

You must use products safely and follow any instructions provided.

If we sell any wellbeing / massage / personal-care items: they are intended for general wellbeing only and are not medical devices unless explicitly stated. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Stop use if discomfort occurs and seek professional advice.

9) User content (reviews, photos, submissions)

If you submit content (reviews, comments, photos, videos, testimonials), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes (unless you request removal and we are legally able to comply).

You confirm you own or have permission to share submitted content and it does not infringe third-party rights.

All content on this site (logos, text, images, videos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Veloria Finds Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without written permission.
