Shipping Policy — Veloria Finds Ltd

PLEASE NOTE

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over £120.
For orders under £120, Standard Shipping is available for £4.95 at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your item(s) are dispatched, estimated delivery is:

  • 4–7 business days (after dispatch)

Please allow a total of 5–10 business days from purchase to delivery (processing + transit).

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We do not ship orders the same day they are placed.

Tracking Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email.

Tracking updates can take time to appear. Please allow up to 7 days for tracking information to refresh. In rare cases, tracking may not update regularly, but the parcel can still be delivered.

Carrier Delays

Veloria Finds Ltd cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the parcel has been handed over.

Address Accuracy

If an address is incorrect or incomplete, or if order details require verification, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–3 business days.
Please double-check your shipping and billing details at checkout to avoid delays.

Delivery & Signatures

Some deliveries may require a signature, but many are left at a mailbox or front door.
The courier will decide whether it is safe to leave a package unattended. If not, they may hold the parcel locally or attempt re-delivery. We recommend using an address where someone can receive the parcel (home, work, or a trusted location).

Shipping Confirmation Emails

You may receive:

  1. An order confirmation once your order is processed (may take up to 48 hours)

  2. A second email when your order ships, including your tracking number and tracking link

If there is a delivery issue, please contact the courier first, as they can often resolve it faster.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
Because we process orders quickly, there is only a small window to cancel, modify, or change an address. If you need a change, contact us immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may offer:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • A refund excluding shipping costs
